اسلام میں تجارت کا صحیح طریقہ (قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں
)
اسلام نے تجارت کو حلال رزق کمانے کا بہترین ذریعہ قرار دیا ہے، لیکن اس کے لیے چند بنیادی اصول مقرر کیے ہیں۔
حلال تجارت کریں
صرف حلال اشیاء کی خرید و فروخت کریں، حرام چیزوں کی تجارت سے بچیں۔
سچ بولیں
مال کی خوبی اور خامی دونوں واضح بتائیں، عیب نہ چھپائیں۔
ناپ تول پورا کریں
وزن اور پیمائش میں کمی نہ کریں۔
دھوکہ اور فریب سے بچیں
جھوٹ، ملاوٹ اور غلط معلومات دے کر مال نہ بیچیں۔
رضامندی سے سودا کریں
خرید و فروخت دونوں فریقوں کی خوش دلی سے ہو۔
سود (ربا) سے بچیں
سودی لین دین سے مکمل اجتناب کریں۔
وعدہ پورا کریں
وقت پر مال پہنچائیں اور ادائیگی کے معاملات میں دیانت داری اختیار کریں۔
امانت داری اختیار کریں
گاہک کے ساتھ انصاف کریں اور اس کے حقوق ادا کریں۔
قیمت میں ناجائز اضافہ نہ کریں
مصنوعی قلت پیدا کر کے یا ذخیرہ اندوزی کر کے قیمتیں نہ بڑھائیں۔
زکوٰۃ ادا کریں
اگر مالِ تجارت نصاب کو پہنچ جائے اور ایک سال گزر جائے تو زکوٰۃ ادا کریں۔
قرآن مجید
"اللہ نے تجارت کو حلال اور سود کو حرام قرار دیا ہے۔"
(سورۃ البقرہ: 275)
"ناپ اور تول انصاف کے ساتھ پورا کرو۔"
(سورۃ الانعام: 152)
حدیث
رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"سچا اور امانت دار تاجر قیامت کے دن انبیاء، صدیقین اور شہداء کے ساتھ ہوگا۔"
(جامع ترمذی)

इस्लाम में व्यापार का सही तरीका (क़ुरआन और सुन्नत की रोशनी में)
इस्लाम ने व्यापार (तिजारत) को हलाल रोज़ी कमाने का बेहतरीन ज़रिया बताया है, लेकिन इसके लिए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सिद्धांत निर्धारित किए हैं।
1. हलाल व्यापार करें
केवल हलाल चीज़ों की खरीद-फरोख्त करें। हराम वस्तुओं के व्यापार से बचें।
2. सच बोलें
सामान की अच्छाई और कमी (दोष) दोनों स्पष्ट रूप से बताएं। कोई दोष न छिपाएँ।
3. नाप-तौल पूरी रखें
वजन और माप में कभी कमी न करें।
4. धोखा और छल से बचें
झूठ, मिलावट और गलत जानकारी देकर सामान न बेचें।
5. आपसी सहमति से सौदा करें
खरीदने और बेचने वाले दोनों की खुशी और सहमति से व्यापार होना चाहिए।
6. सूद (ब्याज) से बचें
ब्याज पर आधारित सभी प्रकार के लेन-देन से बचें।
7. वादा पूरा करें
समय पर माल पहुँचाएँ और भुगतान के मामलों में ईमानदारी बरतें।
8. ईमानदारी और अमानतदारी अपनाएँ
ग्राहक के साथ न्याय करें और उसके अधिकारों का सम्मान करें।
9. अनुचित रूप से कीमत न बढ़ाएँ
कृत्रिम कमी पैदा करके या जमाखोरी करके वस्तुओं की कीमत न बढ़ाएँ।
10. ज़कात अदा करें
यदि व्यापार का माल ज़कात के निसाब तक पहुँच जाए और उस पर एक वर्ष गुजर जाए, तो ज़कात अदा करें।
क़ुरआन मजीद
> "अल्लाह ने व्यापार को हलाल और सूद को हराम ठहराया है।"
(सूरह अल-बक़रह, आयत 275)
> "नाप और तौल को इंसाफ़ के साथ पूरा करो।"
(सूरह अल-अनआम, आयत 152)
हदीस
रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ ने फ़रमाया:
> "सच्चा और अमानतदार व्यापारी क़ियामत के दिन नबियों, सिद्दीक़ों और शहीदों के साथ होगा।"

The Correct Way of Doing Business in Islam (In the Light of the Qur'an and Sunnah)
Islam regards trade (business) as one of the best lawful (Halal) means of earning a livelihood. However, it has laid down important principles that every Muslim trader should follow.
1. Conduct Halal Business
Buy and sell only Halal (lawful) goods. Avoid dealing in anything that is prohibited (Haram).
2. Be Truthful
Clearly disclose both the qualities and any defects of the goods. Never hide faults from the buyer.
3. Give Full Weight and Measure
Do not cheat by giving less in weight or measurement.
4. Avoid Fraud and Deception
Do not sell goods through lies, adulteration, or misleading information.
5. Trade with Mutual Consent
Business transactions should take place with the free and willing consent of both the buyer and the seller.
6. Avoid Interest (Riba)
Stay away from all forms of interest-based (usury) transactions.
7. Fulfil Your Promises
Deliver goods on time and deal honestly in all financial matters.
8. Be Honest and Trustworthy
Treat customers fairly and fulfil their rights with justice.
9. Do Not Increase Prices Unjustly
Do not create artificial shortages or hoard goods in order to raise prices unfairly.
10. Pay Zakat
If your business wealth reaches the prescribed Nisab and one lunar year has passed, pay the obligatory Zakat.
The Holy Qur'an
"Allah has permitted trade and forbidden interest (Riba)."
(Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:275)
"Give full measure and weight with justice."
(Surah Al-An'am, 6:152)
Hadith
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"The truthful and trustworthy merchant will be with the Prophets, the truthful (Siddiqeen), and the martyrs on the Day of Resurrection."
